Returns:
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Return Process:
Contact us at charlie@peelerrosestudios.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
